HOW IT WORKS AND WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Gather your media and submit your order online. Enter how many items you will be sending us so we know what to expect when they arrive. Keeping your old memories safe is our priority.
For every item you send you will receive 1 USB drive with a digital version saved to it.
Here are a few scenarios or examples...
If you send 100 photos we will scan each photo and save them to a USB drive.
If you send us 3 VHS tapes we will digitize them & save the contents to 3 USB drives.
Please note that some video content may require more than 1 USB drive depending on the length of the footage.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email with instructions outlining what you need to do next.
Here is a quick summary.
STEP 1
Find a sturdy box that you can safely ship your media in.
STEP 2
You will need to download the shipping label and packing slip from your recent orders page.
STEP 3
After printing, insert the packing slip into the box along with your media & securely affix the Shipping Label to the outside of the box.
STEP 4
Next, bring the box to your local post office to ship it to us.
Once we receive your media you will receive an email assuring it arrived safely! Once complete, you will receive another email with tracking information for your order.
Your final order will include your original media and the new USB drive(s) with new digital files!
